SC #70. UPI Redux 14: FTC Template

Having won FTC (Finish This Comic) 96, it was my choice of what to do with FTC 97. Having finished off a batch of alternate punchlines to UPI 14, I wondered what punchlines other SC makers would come up with. So I chose it as the basis for the new contest.
